Good service when I started there, but had a dental emergency and called the two numbers they provided on their answering machine for this purpose. Left two messages on a Friday, never heard back, and the other emergency number just rang and rang. Figured I would end up getting a call the next Monday apologizing for missing my messages, but never heard anything back from them. I have worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years now, and I understand that things happen. But don't advertise emergency hours if you aren't going to get back to the people, and at the very least, follow up with them. Not doing so shows you don't value them as a client.
